Heat Waive Achiuwa, Dainja, Mbeng and Thompson

MIAMI, FL – The Miami HEAT announced today that they have waived Precious Achiuwa, Dain Dainja, Bez Mbeng and Ethan Thompson.

Achiuwa, who was signed on September 25, appeared in four preseason games and averaged 4.8 points and 5.3 rebounds.

Dainja, who was signed on September 11, appeared in two preseason games and averaged 4.5 points and 2.0 rebounds.

Mbeng, who was signed on October 16, did not appear in a preseason game.

Thompson, who was signed on August 14, appeared in five preseason games and averaged 6.4 points, 2.2 assists and 2.0 rebounds.
